Do not derive the keymap from gnus article mode, so we don't get the
unwanted menu entries, and don't need to disable things manually.

mu4e-view: split in -gnus and -old

Split out the gnus-based and "old" view code into separate files, and
ensure only one of them is loaded.
Do some initial cleanups, more will follow.
