/offlineimap/head: changeset 261

- Moved some code from offlineimap/init.py to new file
  offlineimap/syncmaster.py to help dileneate between code that
  performs different functions.

- Moved threadexited from offlineimap/init.py to
  offlineimap/threadutil.py.
